Characteristics
Dill is an aromatic plant with small yellow flowers: it looks a lot like fennel and anise but has a much more aromatic and pungent flavor compared to these spices.
Both the seeds, brown-green with characteristic light streaks, and the leaves are used from the dill.
It is used in the kitchen to make different types of dishes such as fish tastier, to give that strong and aromatic flavor.
